If you supply us with your contact information, we, EP Henry’s Authorized Independent Contractors, or our distributors may contact you concerning new EP Henry products, services, or upcoming events.
EP Henry also may employ other companies to process credit card payments. Such organizations would have access to your personal information as required to permit them to perform their obligations to us. We require these organizations to take steps to protect personal information and to only use it in accordance with applicable laws and for the purposes for which they are specifically engaged.

Your Password and Account
Some of our visitors may be given a password for the purpose of registering for or obtaining information or services related to the Mid-Atlantic Hardscaping Trade Show. As indicated in our Terms and Conditions, you are solely responsibility for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password, and you agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account or password.
